Do you have to be staying at a Disney resort or have a Disney ticket in order to attend Chip and Dale’s Sing Along? We will be in Orlando and visiting Disney a couple of times but wanted to do this activity on a separate evening.
There is no ticket required to attend the Chip and Dale Sing Along. This fun event is held nightly in the Fort Wilderness Campground.
I would recommend to call the Campgrounds to confirm the time for that night’s activities. Their phone number is: (407) 824-9000. Be sure to allow plenty of time to get to the location of the event. If taking Disney transportation, it is recommended that you leave at least 45 minutes before the beginning of the event so you arrive on time. Once at Fort Wilderness, you will need to make your way to the Meadow Trading Post and find the campfire area.
Once you have arrived, the event begins with a Disney Cast Member singing a variety of songs while the onlooking guests participate, roast marshmallows and warm up by the fires. After the introduction of a few songs, Chip and Dale enter and walk around meeting and greeting with the guests, signing any autographs requested. The program lasts approximately 40 minutes and is typically followed with a showing of a Disney movie on a large screen at this location. When you call to find out the time for the opening of the show, be sure to inquire about the movie of the night!
If you plan on participating in the s’more and marshmallow roasting, be sure to bring along the supplies or money to purchase them from the Chuckwagon Snack Bar. There the costs are as follows:

- Marshmallow Bag -$3.99,
- Hershey’s Chocolate Bars – $1.99 each,
- Whole s’mores kit is around $8.99
Other items can also be purchased such as pizza, beer, nachos and juice.
The experience is well worth the visit!
