Headed to EPCOT? Here Is What NOT To Miss! (3:5)

EPCOT
EPCOT, in my opinion is a park that requires at least 2 days to tour. One day should be spent in Future World and the second in World Showcase.
As a homeschooling family, we always look forward to our days at EPCOT because of all the educational opportunities. In Future World, practically every ride is packed full of information. It is presented in such a visual and entertaining way that the children don’t even realize they are getting a complete history, geography, science, or cultural anthrolopogy lesson. Innovations East and West are great places to take the children for hands-on experiences. They can participate in individual activities or even take part in mini game shows with a group of children. Another highlight is Club Cool which is attachted to the side of Innovations West. Here you can sample (for FREE) soda flavors from around the world. Some can be quite a shock to our American palate.
Club Cool
At World Showcase you can “travel” to 11 different countries and feel completely submerged in their cultures. The architecture, dining spots, shops, and attractions are 100% authentic representations and, in true Disney fashion, no detail has been overlooked. The cast members in each of the 11 countries are natives, giving you the most authentic experience possible. While there be sure to take advantage of the KidCot Fun Stops and the passports books (which can be purchased in any shop in World Showcase for around $10).
Each country has their own KidCot Fun Stop. Here a cast member (native to that country) will help the children create a personalized souvenir (for FREE) to take with them. This is a great place to have your children talk with others from around the world and see what their culture is like first hand. My children love having a CM write their names in a different language.
KidCot Fun Stop
If you have purchased a passport book, the KidCot Fun Stop is the place to have your passport stamped. In each book are 6 stickers that represent important landmarks for each of the 11 countries, a flag sticker, and a spot for the CM to stamp and write the date/time along with a personal message in the native language. These are great keepsake books that make learning fun and meaningful.
