Healthy Meal Choices at Walt Disney World

Often I’m asked if there are healthy dining alternatives at the Disney Parks.

From popcorn kiosks to Quick Service venues to sit-down Table Service restaurants and buffets, Disney World has over 200 places where food is served including at your Resort, at the Theme and Water Parks, and in Disney Springs.

With a variety of food choices, Disney dining makes it easy to get the nutrition you and your kids need to keep your energy level high while you are having fun in the parks.

Especially when you eat healthy!

Born and raised in the south, I now live in central New Jersey. My days are filled with homeschooling, reading, and ministry work. My son and I are active members of our local church and enjoy camping with the Boy Scouts of America.

We believe every day is a day to celebrate and if you visit our kitchen, you will find us putting sprinkles on everything from pancakes to ice cream! Between baseball games and scouting trips, we enjoy dreaming about our next Disney vacation.
