Have you ever been to Hollywood Studios and seen the Jedi  Academy?

Many a child (and parent) wish to be in the show!  Mistakenly I had thought that the children were randomly selected at the beginning of each show to participate.  Instead, due to the popularity of the show, a selection process separate from this show takes place as follows:

1. Go to the Sounds Dangerous attraction early in the day.  This is located as you walk between the Jedi Academy area and the American Idol Experience.  Sign up the children there.  You need to come early, as it is a first come, first serve sign up process.  Once all of the spots have been filled for the day, the list closes.

2. For each of the shows, 12 children will be selected.  Children must be between the ages of 4 and 12.

3. When signing up for the show, a Cast Member will discuss their possible duties during the show.

4. To be in the show, your child must arrive 30 minutes before the show time.  Ten minutes before show time, your child will be taken to an area next to the stage.  Family and friends are given a spot in the front of the audience.  Feel free to take photos during the performance.  PhotoPass photographers will also take a photo of your child during the show.  Be sure to get those photos added to your PhotoPass card!

Good luck and may the force be with you!
