Ordering Celebration Cakes for Your Disney Vacation

Many of us choose to celebrate something while on a Disney vacation.  What better place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or just celebrate life than a Disney Park or Disney Cruise vacation?  Our family thinks we can’t celebrate anything without a cake, so when we knew that we were going to be in Disneyland for my son’s 8th birthday we knew we had to have a cake!  Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line all have the capability to provide a yummy celebration cake for your family.  At WDW and Disneyland, simply call Disney Dining reservations and request a cake.  We were eating at the Blue Bayou for my son’s birthday, so we had the cake delivered to the restaurant.  When you order your cake you have several options of flavors, fillings, decorations, and of course writing for what you are celebrating.  The smaller cakes run around $30.00-$40.00 and feed 6 according to Disney. We ordered a 10 inch chocolate cake, with chocolate ganache fudge filling, chocolate fudge icing, and a edible white chocolate Buzz Lightyear (it was death by chocolate!).  Our cake was $62.00 and absolutely delicious!  There were 8 of us and we had about half the cake left.  If you have it sent to the restaurant, they will cut and serve you the cake as well as box up the leftovers. We ate cake for 3 more days!  On Disney Cruise Line, you can either order online from the Planning Center or by calling Disney Cruise Line.  Add a little more celebration to your next Disney Parks or Cruise vacation by ordering a yummy cake!
